Delivery work tracked in Jira is easy to lose sight of. Teams get little recognition for what they ship, and leadership needs one live view of hours, workload and portfolio health.

02The idea

Questify sits on top of Jira and reframes delivery as adventures, quests and releases. Heroes and council members share each quest's XP, a council approves what counts, and leadership gets a command centre for the whole portfolio.
