01The problem

Readers of serialised novels move between finding a book, deciding on it and reading it, often for hours. The app needs to make choosing quick and then get out of the way.

02The idea

A dark, violet-lit interface where every path ends in the same pink button: Read Now on home, Start Reading on the book page. Search, filters and the book page lead straight to the first chapter, and the reader hides its controls until you tap.

03Inside the app

  • Home

A featured book to read now, new releases and today's picks.

  • Search

Recent topics as chips, and results with rating and views.

  • Filters

Narrow results by category, sort by new or most viewed, and filter by rating.

  • Book page

Rating, views, a summary and every chapter, each one downloadable.

  • Reader

Just the text; a tap brings back chapter navigation and settings.

  • Bookshelf

Your books in one grid, with room to add more.
